EULA - End User License Agreement

SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT
Dracosoft licenses the accompanying software to you for its designed purpose only upon the conditions that you accept all the terms contained in this license agreement. Please read the terms carefully before continuing use, as continuing will indicate your acceptance of them. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the accompanying software and remove any instances of such software from any devices that they may be stored on.

LICENSE AND WARRANTY
The software accompanying this license is the property of Dracosoft and is protected by copyright law. The software product is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, regarding the operation of the software product. By using this software product, you agree to accept all liability regarding its use or misuse.

TERMS OF SALE
All sales of products purchased through Dracosoft or any business partners are final unless otherwise stated by Dracosoft. Duplicate orders may qualify for a refund as long as the duplicate order is reported to Dracosoft within 30 days of the duplicate order purchase. Dracosoft reserves the right to accept or reject any return requests for any reason, other than those stated in these terms. All support issues and product concerns should be directed to Dracosoft unless otherwise stated by an employee of Dracosoft.

DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT
The demo version of this product may be freely distributed or shared as long as the original packaging and application remain unaltered. You may not sell the demo version. You must disclose that this software is not free. All credit must be given to Arcade Monkey where credit is due.
